It is a particular power of the government and a special way for the state to get the private land. Its core is that this power is imperative, the government do not have to get the permission of the landowner. Obviously, if the right of land confiscation isn’t limited, it will aggrieve the interest of the land owner. Nowadays, the industrialization of agriculture and urbanlization is developing with a high speed. The confiscation of land is the trend. But because the law of land management is still faultiness, there are many malpractices in the process of confiscation. And this does a lot of harm to the farmers and agriculture.
