毕业生毕业论文 题 目: 基于PLC控制的滚柱直径分拣系统设计 院系名称： 电子电气工程系 专业班级： 本11机制电 学生姓名： 袁礼 学 号： 070112351120 指导教师： 仇礼娟 教师职称： 副教授 2013年9月3日  摘 要 工业的发达程度是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标准。而工业的发展对轴承的性能、寿命及可靠性提出了更高的要求，轴承的质量取决于设计、制造和检测环节。而影响滾柱质量的关键因素是滾柱直径的误差。在实际生产中因测量量较大，人工测量存在读数误差。在本文中介绍一种由PLC控制的滾柱直径分拣系统，通过机械传递、传感测量的方式完成滾柱的自动检测与分拣，在提高测量精度的同时提高了分拣的效率。 本设计通过推杆将滾柱推至限位挡块处，钨钢测头测量直径误差后，将所得信号转换为电信号经放大电路放大后送入PLC的模拟量处理模块，据此打开相应的电磁翻板，再由推杆将滾柱送入不同的分料箱，料箱中装有油类物质，在滾柱下落过程中起缓冲运用，保证滾柱的精度。 经过软件仿真得知，本设计方案切实可行，可用于滾柱的直径测量与分拣，通过此系统既可节约成本亦能提高分拣效率，有良好的市场发展前景。 关键词：PLC 精密测量 滾柱分拣 Title The roller diameter sorting system based on PLC control design Abstract Industrial development level is an important standard to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. and put forward higher requirements for performance, life and reliability of the bearing industry, bearing the quality depends on the design, manufacturing and testing process.
