E-Securities commerce is the most promising area since new century, only after the securities of financial products, is the most liquidity commodities, as well as the most valuable commodity. Investors can obtain the information the countrys economic development, business operations of the securities market analysis and transactions from the internet, and so far is still far from not enough for our countrys securities can be provided at all levels of online services, so the future of the China E-Securities commerce are promising, but the costs and benefits is the deciding factor in practice, especially in its current and long-term effectiveness problem with the economic development of the country, security E-commerce is securities industry which electronic information for the media provided for customers with a commercial service, it is a repaid service, of course, also it provided free services in some aspects when its departure from the overall benefits, such as free e-mail.
