冲压模具-软盘保护垫冲孔拉深落料-说明书.doc

摘要 随着中国的发展，机械行业也迅猛崛起，因此机械行业中模具的应用也越来重要越来越广泛。搞好模具的开发改进对机械行业的发展是起着举足轻重的作用。 本设计的主要内容是围绕冲压模具的简单设计展开，其宗旨是围绕节省制造价值，提高生产效率，降低生产成本，提高模具寿命。而且要求操作方便，简单易修。 本次设计的是软盘保护垫，其形状简单，精度要求不高，精度等级使用IT14及可，加工出此工件需经过冲孔----拉深----落料3个工步，此工件在日常生活中需求较多，属大批量，所以采用级进冲裁模具，既可以保证精度要求有可以提高生产效率。通过本次设计，灵活运用所学知识，加深对模具设计、机械加工、公差、热处理的掌握锻炼独立解决问题的能力。 Abstract Along with the Chinese development, the machine profession is too fast fierce rising, for this reason machine profession inside the application of the molding tool also come to importance more and more extensive. The main contents of this design washes around the simple design that press the molding tool launches, its aim saves the manufacturing the value around, increasing production efficiency, lower the production cost, increase molding tool life span.And the request operates the convenience, fix in brief and easily. This design is the floppy disk protection pad, its shape simple, the precision request is not high, the precision class uses IT14 and may, processes this work piece to have ---- to fall the material 3 labor steps after the punch holes ---- drawing, this work piece the demand are many in the daily life, is the mass, therefore uses the level to enter the blanking mold, also may guarantee the precision request has may enhance the production efficiency.
