The former requires a strong consistency and integrity of data, and data with good security; while the latter requires the application functional, easy to use and so on. The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as a development tool and SQL server2005 as database management system. The functions of the system include warehouse location management, storage or takeout management, stock search. Visitors can browse all the messages on the blog. This paper describes the background and development of the system such as the analysis and design of the system, and the detailed description of each module. The resulting system meets the requirements of inventory management.
