In decentralized information globalization, geographical environment, the complex operation of the whole supply chain for small and medium-sized enterprise ability to ascend the survival and further development particularly important. In order to improve the overall competitiveness of supply chain enterprise supply chain performance, need to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding, set up effective performance evaluation system to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of the whole supply chain, so as to provide scientific basis to improve the supply chain performance. This article from the start of small and medium enterprise supply chain management, combined with small and medium enterprises in supply chain management features, analysis of enterprise supply chain key performance factors. Institutions for SMEs to establish a reasonable comprehensive supply chain performance evaluation index system, hoping to improve on performance management, to improve and realize business value and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,
