毕业论文 （2010届） 宁波电子产品逆向物流的运作流程分析研究 摘 要 随着人们消费水平的提高和环境保护意识的增强，产品的生命周期越来越短，电子产品的种类也越来越多，普及率也在逐年增加，随之产生了大量的末端产品。这些废旧电子产品一旦处理不当将会造成资源浪费和大量的环境污染。作为与资源再生利用和环保密切相关的逆向物流，特别是电子产品的逆向物流已成为一切企业强化竞争优势、增加顾客价值、提高供应链整体绩效的重要手段。 本文通过国内外逆向物流的发展现状，宁波地区逆向物流存在的问题和参与宁波电子产品逆向物流运作企业的运作流程分析，以及成本和效益的分析，来肯定逆向物流为企业为加强成本管理、降低营运成本及提高企业效益作出一些探索。 关键词：；；Abstract As people raising the level of consumption and environment protection consciousness enhancement, the product life cycle and shorter, electronic product categories more and more, penetration rate also increased year by year, resulting in a large number of end products.
