毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省上市公司社会责任信息披露的研究 摘 要 企业的发展给社会带来经济效益的同时，也带来了不少负面影响。虽然企业经济效益得到了长足的发展，但却引发了日益严重的社会问题，如：环境生态平衡遭到破坏，职工权益得不到保障，消费者利益受到危害，极大影响了企业的社会效益和全社会整体福利的提高，随着企业社会影响力不断提高，尤其是上市公司社会责任信息披露研究日益增加，履行企业社会责任并披露相关信息成为上市公司在探索发展，不断完善过程中形成的一个重要的内生要求。目前我国上市公司社会责任信息披露正处于探索阶段。 对这些问题，本文通过对企业社会责任等相关概念的和社会责任信息披露研究情况的综述，结合浙江省上市公司的实际情况，环境问题，员工问题，社区问题，一般社会问题，消费者问题和其他。根据具体项目，设计社会责任信息披露指数，反应社会责任信息披露程度。本文首先分行业选取上海证券交易所30家浙江省上市公司样本，分析这些上市公司2007－2009年年度报告，得出浙江省上市公司信息披露的情况和特点，并且在分析中，发现上市公司基本上能按年报准则发布强制性信息，并且具有一定的价值性，尽管年报准则不完善，但他对企业信息披露社会责任能起到强制和引导作用。不仅如此，通过分析，提出对企业社会责任信息披露未来发展的相关建议，希望对今后的研究有所帮助。 关键词：Abstract The develop of companies brings economic benefits to society.But also brings a lot of the egative impact.The economic performances of the business enterprises get a bigger development,but bringing a series of serious social problem day and day.Such as the environmental pollution, the destroying of the balance of ecology,the workers rights can not be protected and so on,all of these have a very bad inflence on the improvement of the business enterprises’s social benefit and the whole welfare of the society.As the companies’social influence growing people begin to pay more attention to corporate social responsibility,especially for the research which listed companies could disclose the information of social responsibility has also been increasing.Carrying out the social responsibility and disclosing related information becomes an important endogenous reguest in exploring and developing process of the listed companies.Research on degree of corporate social responsibility (CSR)information disclosure of listed companies is relatively weak in our country. Based on the review of CSR information disclosure,and considering of actual situation of Zhe Jiang province .Then Think social responsibility information disclosure shall include the following six kinds of seventeen small classes, environmental problems (pollution control, environmental restoration, saving energy and waste materials recovery
