本科毕业论文 (设计) 题 目： 汽车紧急制动系统设计 学 院： 专 业： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2012年 5 月 24 日   摘要 汽车制动系统是汽车底盘重要的组成部分，关系着汽车的行驶安全性，它是保证正常驾驶的前提，直接影响着驾驶员的人身安全。制动系在汽车行驶中的重要作用决定它存在的重要价值。目前制动系的结构与制动性能相对比较完善，而在遇见特殊情况或是意外事故需要紧急刹车的情况下，由于驾驶员神经过于紧张疲劳，极其容易将油门误当刹车踩，从而造成严重交通事故。对于这种情况是目前制动器的一个漏洞，此课题设计旨在解决紧急制动情况下误把油门当刹车踩的情况。本文在进一步介绍了目前制动系的构造、组成、作用、分类的基础上，分析、研究、设计、计算了创新点：利用人体在紧急情况下的条件反射，利用握力传感器并加装辅助气压缸驱动制动系工作实现紧急制动，有效地解决了目前制动系的缺陷，是目前制动系的一个重大改进与升华。 关键词：汽车底盘、紧急制动系、传感器、气压缸 Abstract Car braking system car chassis important part of the relationship between car driving safety, it is the premise of ensuring the normal driving, a direct impact on the drivers personal safety. On the basis of further information on the structure of the braking system, composition, function, classification, analysis, research, design, computing innovation: the use of the conditioned reflex of the human body in case of emergency, the use of grip sensors and the installation of auxiliary pressure the braking system of the cylinder driving the emergency brake, effectively solved the braking system defects, is a major improvement and sublimation of the braking system.
