毕业论文（设计）题目：对外贸易中的知识产权保护问题研究2011年04月16日摘要随着知识经济时代的到来，与知识产权有关的国际贸易得以迅速发展，国际贸易中的知识产权保护成为各个国家关注的焦点，科学技术在各国的经济发展中的作用也越来越明显，知识的生产、传播和运用在世界经济贸易的竞争中己经起着决定性的作用。不但商品技术附加值的高低已成为商品价值的决定因素，知识产品本身也作为一种独立的商品成为国际贸易的对象。我国对知识产权也很关注，胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中提出要实施知识产权战略，建设创新型国家，将知识产权上升为战略意义，这对于我国健康稳定的发展对外贸易有着十分重要的意义。本文着重分析了对外贸易中加强知识产权保护的经济学基础和现实意义以及我国在对外贸易中知识产权保护所存在的问题，并且结合有关国家国际贸易中的知识产权保护的有关具体的数据和案例分析，从中吸取经验，取长补短，完善和加强我国对外贸易中知识产权保护体系。关键词：知识产权，对外贸易，TRIPS，保护Intellectual property protection in foreign tradeAbstractWith the advent of the knowledge economy era， the international trade-related intellectual property and the rapid development of international trade， intellectual property protection is the focus of attention in various countries， the role of science and technology in economic development of countries has become increasingly evident， knowledge， production， dissemination and use of competition in the world economy and trade has played a decisive role. Not only the level of value-added of goods has become the determinants of the value of the goods， knowledge products themselves become the object of international trade as an independent commodity. Chinas intellectual property is also very concerned about the General Secretary Hu Jintao in the report of the 17th to implement intellectual property strategy， building an innovative country， intellectual property rights up to the strategic significance for the healthy and stable development of Chinas foreign trade has a very important significance.
