摘 要
该次设计是基于Solidworks2008平台的，手动换向阀三维建模及工作状态的动画仿真。全文共分为四大部分，第一部分为所使用软件及手动换向阀特征的简介和大部分零件三维建模过程的记录。之所以说是大部分零件而不说是全部零件，那是因为作为关键部分的弹簧为了使其达到一定的技术要求，需要在装配过程中来绘制。第二部分为装配体的组装，以及弹簧的建模。通过文字与图片的结合，形象和直观的将整个操作过程展现了出来。第三部分为此次设计中的主要部分仿真动画的制作，通过给装配体中的某一零件一个初始的运动，其他各零件就会按照装配过程中所设定的装配关系随之运动。最后一部分则是对本次设计中所遇到的问题和解决的方案进行的总结。

Abstract
The Times Solidworks2008 design is based on the platform, manual directional control valves, 3d modeling and working state of animated simulation. Full text is divided into four parts, the first part is used software and manual directional control valves feature introduction and most parts of 3d modeling process records. The reason that is most parts and not saying all parts, that is because as a key part of the spring to make its reach certain technical requirements, need to draw on assembly process. The second part is the assembly body assembly, and spring modeling. Through the combination of words and pictures, image and intuitive will show out whole operation process. The third part is the main part of the design of animation production, through simulation for assembly body one of the parts of the movement, an initial according to each other parts in the assembly process set by the assembly relation then movement. Last part of this design is the problem and solving scheme for summary.
