CHANGSHA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计（论文） 题目：建筑节能的前景发展 学生姓名： 李建华 学 号： 09111560101017 班 级: 0802 专 业：　　土建工程　 指导教师： 张炳石  　 建筑节能的未来前景　　 ??[摘要]: 绿色建筑是工业革命后，人们生活方式的改变导致了人类生存所需能源的危机已迫在眉捷的又一次革命。建筑节能的特点是“节约能源，节省资源，保护环境，以人为本”。绿色建筑必须从中国国情来考虑，我国是发展中大国，人口数量巨大，国土与资源有限。因此，中国目前以及在可以预见的未来，城市居民大部居住在公寓式集合住宅楼内，不会像欧美国家大部分在独立式连排式的住宅内。但是要从节约土地建筑物占地少，建筑密度大和人口密度大一些问题等方面来思考。树立全面、协调和持续的科学发展观，对于城市建设来说就必须由传统高消耗型发展模式转向高效生态型发展模式。绿色建筑正是实施这一转变的必由之路，也是当今世界建筑行业研究的热点和必然发展趋势。建筑节能遵循可持续发展原则，以高新技术为主导，针对建筑全寿命的各个环节，通过科学的整体设计，全方位体现“节约能源，节省资源，保护环境，以人为本”的基本理念，创造高效低耗，无废无污，健康舒适，生态平衡的建筑环境提高建筑功能、效率与舒适性水平。　　?  关键词:建筑节能?我国现状?发展前景 The future prospects of building energy efficiency [Summary]: Green building is the industrial revolution, changing lifestyles has led to the crisis in the energy required for human survival has been imminent for another revolution.
