摘 要 随着宽带通信网的建设逐渐深入，电信运营商己经把建设的重点转移到被 “最后一公里”的接入网，以吸引用户，获得更高利润;而小区作为用户 的直接承载体，必然率先成为宽带服务的立足点和根本点;智能化小区和社区 服务是宽带接入网的重要应用之一。丫一 本文运用醚强逝的观点和方法，首先论述了各种宽带接入方式的技术特 点，研究了整个宽带接入的市场现状，进而分析了智能小区的通信业务需求特 征，在此基础上，对小区宽带接入方案的经济评价指标和参数加以筛选、确定， 提出了智能小区 入方式技术选择的方法。文中还以一个典型小区的实例， 通过计算，验证 法的可行性。 从技术的角度分析宽带接入方式，月前比较常用，但是从经济可行性的角 度对智能小区的宽带接入方式加以考察尚属薄弱，本文在此方面的研究因而具 有重要的实际意义。 关键词:宽带接入 智能小区 工程经济 经济评价 技术选择 Abstract Withthedeepeninggraduallyoftheconstructionofbroadbandcommunicationnet, thetelecommanagershavetransferredtheconstructionemphasistotheaccessnet calledthelastkilometer,soastoattractthecustomersandtoachievehigherprofit; however,thecommunity,asthedirectsupportingbodyofusers,willdefinitely becomethestandpointandthebasisofbroadbandserviceatthefirst;theintellectual communityandcommunityservicesareoneofthemainapplicationofbroadband accessnet. Usingtheviewsandmethodsofengineeringeconomy,thethesisfirstlydiscussedthe technologicalfeaturesofvariousbroadbandaccessmodesandstudiedthecurrent marketingconditionsofthewholebroadbandaccess,andsecondlyanalyzedthe telecomrequirementfeaturesofintelligentcommunity,therefore,onthisbasis, selectedandconfirmedtheeconomicevaluationindexandparameterofthe communitybroadbandaccessplan,andputforwardthetechnologicalchoicemethod ofintelligentcommunitybroadbandaccessway.Thethesisalsotookanexampleofa typicalcommunityandcarvedoncalculationtoprovethefeasibilityofthemethod putforward. Itispopularnowadaystoanalyzethebroadbandaccessmodesinviewoftechnology, butitisstillweaktoinvestigatethebroadbandaccessmodesofintelligentcommunity inviewofeconomicfeasibility.Therefore,inthisaspect,theresearchofthisthesisis ofgreatpracticalsignificance.
