摘 要 木材削片机是生产木片的一种专用设备，所产木片广泛用于造纸、刨花板、中纤板等。木材削片机木片输送机作为一种散料输送设备，被用来运输木材削片机所削下来的木片。针对我国削片工业的现状, 设计出符合木片加工特点的木片输送机对木片生产的今后发展有着重要的意义。 本次设计的鼓式木材削片机木片输送机是根据带式输送机的相关原理，结合木片运输的特点，参照相关煤炭输送机的资料以及鼓式削片机的基本参数确定适合的实施方案来进行设计的。其中包括传动装置、张紧装置、机架、输送带、托辊组、防跑偏装置等部件的设计。在传动装置部分进行了大量的计算，选用了合适的电机等作为源动力件；在张紧装置部分，采用了头尾都安装的方法，保证了在运输机的头部起导向作用；在尾部起防跑偏作用；在10组槽型托辊组中，还安装了一组调心槽型托辊组，保证了在运输机的中段部分运输带也不会跑偏，有效的保证了运输机快速平稳的运输木片；在清扫方面，选用了螺旋下托辊，不仅起到导向作用，还兼顾清扫输送带的作用。 关键词：木片输送机，传动装置 ，张紧装置，托辊组 Abstract Wood chipper is the special equipment for the production of wood chip.Wood chip is widely used in paper-making,chipboard,fiberboard, etc. Wood chip conveyor as a kind of bulk conveying equipment, is used to transport wood chip cutting down from wood chipper. According to the condition of wood chip industry in China, design a wood chip conveyor tally with wood chip processing features has an important significance to the development of chip production. This design of drum wood chipper discharging conveyor belt conveyor is according to the relevant principles of belt conveyor, combined with the characteristics of wood chip transportation,according to the related data of coal conveyor and the basic parameters of drum chipper determine the implementation plan for the design. Including the design of driving device, tension device, frame,conveyor belt , roller group, anti-deviation device and other components .
