摘 要 带式输送机是使用最普遍的一种输送机。与其他类型的输送机相比，具有优良的性能。在连续装载的情况下能连续运输，生产率高，运行平稳可靠，输送均匀，工作过程中噪声小，结构简单，能量消耗小，运行维护费用低，维修方便，易于实现自动控制及远程操作等优点。本文首先针对带式输送机作了简单的概述，分析了带式输送机的选型原则及计算方法，根据这些设计准则与计算方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计，对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行校核。并对CST可控驱动装置，带跑偏做了一定的设计以及断带保护装置的设计选型安装。最后简述输送机的安装与维护。目前，胶带输送机正朝着长距离，大运量，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，例如气垫式胶带输送机等。在胶带输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足。 本次毕业设计是关于煤矿用可伸缩带式输送机的设计,仅代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的设计选型工作有一定的参考价值。 关键词：可伸缩带式输送机；设计选型；主要零部件 全套设计，联系648328618 Abstract Belt is the most common form of conveyor.And compared to other types of conveyor, with excellent performance.In the case of continuous loading for continuous transport, high productivity, stable and reliable delivery uniform, work and the process noise, simple structure, energy consumption, low operation and maintenance costs, easy maintenance, easy to realize automatic control and remote operation, etc.This paper briefly outlined for the belt, the principle of selection of the belt conveyor and method of calculation.Based on these design criteria and calculation of parameters in accordance with the requirements of a given type design, the choice of the major components for conveyor check.Controlled drive and CST, with deviation to do some belt protection device design and selection of installation design.Finally brief conveyor installation and maintenance.Currently, the belt conveyor is moving long distance, large capacity, high speed, low friction direction, such as air cushion belt conveyor and so on.In the belt conveyor design, manufacture and application, the current compared with foreign advanced level in China is still a wide gap between the domestic process in the design and manufacture of belt conveyor there is much to be desired. The graduation project is about the retractable belt conveyor for coal mine design, only represent the general design process, design and selection of future work of a certain reference value.
