需全套CAD或三维图 联系QQ 695132052 摘 要 本设计为鸡西矿业集团小恒山煤矿1.8Mt/a的新井设计，共有4层设计可采煤层，分别为3#上、3#下、18#和34#。煤层倾角11°，地质构造简单。井田平均走向长4400m，平均倾斜长4500m，煤层总厚度为6.5m。设计井田的工业储量为184.80Mt，可采储量为136.08Mt。服务年限为54a。 本设计矿井采用双立井的开拓，划分两个水平开采。两个水平均为上、下山后退式开采，采用带区式准备，采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤。矿井共划分8个带区，其中达产带区为2个，达产工作面2个。本设计带区为西一带区，大巷装车式下部车场，大巷运输采用两台10t架线式电机车牵引3t底卸式矿车。采用“四·六”式工作制，年工作日为330d，工作面长为210m，每刀进度为0.6m，每日割九刀。 提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升。每日净提升时间为16h。 由于井田倾斜长度较大，且为缓倾斜煤层，以及煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田内全部采用倾斜长壁采煤法开采。 由于本人能力有限，缺乏一定的现场经验。因此，本设计中难免会出现一些问题，请各位专家老师不吝指正。 关键词 可采储量 采煤工艺 矿井设计 Abstract This design for the Jixi mining industry group small Mt.Hengshan coal mine 1.8Mt/a new well design, altogether has 4 designsto be possible to pick the coal bed, respectively is on 3#、under 3#、18# and 34#.
