郑州电力职业技术学院 毕业论文 2013届电子商务专业一班级 题 目 论电子商务与消费者权益保护 姓 名 韩冬至 学 指导老师 姚静 职称 助教 2013年5月 15日 内 容 提 要 电子商务是源于计算机网络技术的发展，产生了与传统商务交易模式所不同的新的商务模式。概括地说，电子商务就是利用现代电子 技术，基于互联网进行的各种经济活动。电子商务这种新型的商务活动突破了时空、地域的限制，彻底改变了传统商务的交易方式。随着互联网的普及，电子商务也随之走进了千家万户。电子商务因方便、快捷的特点日益受到广大消费者的喜爱，电子商务进而得到迅速的发展。但电子商务在给经营者提供巨大商机、为消费者带来空前便利的同时，也给消费者的合法权益带来巨大的影响。 由于交易方式发生根本性的变化，电子商务中出现了许多过去未曾有过的消费者权益保护问题。如电子商务交易带来的虚假广告；电子商务交易的开放性带来的人身安全、财产安全、隐私安全等方面的问题；电子商务交易主体难以认定以及不对等带来的消费者选择权和公平交易权的侵害等。本文通过对电子商务与消费者权益保护关系的论述，对电子商务中消费者保护存在的问题提出了有益的建议。 关键词 电子商务； 消费者权益保护； 立法建议 Abstract Electronic commerce is developing in the computer network technology,Produced with the traditional business mode of different new business model.Generally speaking,E-commerce is the use of modern electronic technology,Various economic activities are based on internet.This new type of e-commerce business activities breaking the time, geographical restrictions, completely changed the traditional business transactions. With the popularization of Internet, e-commerce has entered thousands of households.
