Scope of Application 1.适用范围 This Procedure is applicable to the cleaning drying of six atmospheric-temperature atmospheric-pressure vessels and pipelines under Zhuhai LNG Project before they are put into service. 本程序适用于珠海LNG 6台常温常低压容器及管线投产前的清洗(扫)与干燥。 2. Prerequisite for Cleaning 2.清洗（扫）的前提条件 2.1 The vessel to be cleaned shall have been properly fabricated, and the relevant welded accessories directly connected to vessel shall have been properly installed, and they are confirmed as in normal conditions through inspection in accordance with the PID and relevant drawings. 2.1待清洗的容器应建造完成并且与容器直接连接的相关焊接附件应安装完毕，按P＆ID图及相关图纸进行仔细检查无误。 2.2 The cleaning of vessel shall be carried out after the vessel has successfully passed the pressure testing or water-containing testing. If the vessel to be cleaned is subject to gastightness testing, then the cleaning shall be carried out before the gastightness testing. 2.2容器的清洗应在容器压力试验或盛水试验合格后进行，如待清洗容器需做气密性试验，则清洗工作应在气密性试验前进行。 3. Preparation for Cleaning 3. 清洗（扫）的准备 All cut-off valves and blind plates shall be set at the correct position in accordance with the pressure testing diagram. 所有关断阀和盲板要按试压图置于正确的位置。 All release valves shall be isolated or detached. 所有释放阀要隔开或拆下。 All rupture membranes shall be replaced by appropriate blind plates. 所有爆破膜要用合适的盲板替换。 If practicable, all instrument pipes shall be disconnected at the first cut-off valve. 仪表管如果可行的话，在第一个关断阀处断开。 If they can’t withstand the pressure, all pressure switches, pressure gauges, liquid level controller and liquid level switches shall be detached or isolated. 如果不适应压力的话，所有压力开关、压力表、液位控制和液位开关要拆下或隔开。 3.1 Fresh Water Cleaning 3.1淡水清洗 If possible, it shall be ensured that, after the temporary cleaning pipes are installed, the direction of water flow is from high place to low place.
