买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 本次设计的题目是侧栏板起重运输车的设计。栏板起重运输车采用汽车车厢的栏板或附加起重栏板为起重装置，并利用车身的动力源，驱动栏板进行升降以装卸货物，从而从一定程度上实现了快速货运。 它适用于箱、袋、桶、捆等包装方式的货物的装卸运输作业，因此在商业、邮政、地质勘探、图书发行、等部门的货物运输中表现出较好的优越性。 本次设计在查阅大量相关资料的基础上，深入分析了侧栏板起重运输汽车设计的总体方案，对底盘、升降机构、液压系统、侧栏板以及相关附件等进行了合理选择。并通过对底盘型号的选取，确定了整车性能参数。以此为基础，加上对升降机构运动学、力学的分析，对升降机构各部分尺寸参数进行了确定和校核。采用液压系统对各个元件进行控制以实现其起重、举升、装卸货物的功能，并通过对各液压元件的设计计算，确定系统采用的液压元件的型号。确定了对侧栏板起重运输汽车的总体参数。对改装后的整车性能也进行了分析和计算，以确定是否能满足国家标准。 关键词：改装设计；侧栏板；起重装置；升降机构；液压系统 ABSTRACT The design is entitled side-lift plate design of vehicles.platecrane truck used car plate or additional lifting device for lifting and using the bodys power source to drive take-off and landing plate for loading and unloading of car goods ，thereby brings out the fast freight on some degree.
