攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 矿车车箱整形机设计 学生姓名： 张 熊 学生学号： 200320623099 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 年级专业：03机械设计制造及其自动化 指导教师： 杨光春 高级工程师 助理指导教师： 二〇〇七年六月 摘 要 本课题主要是设计矿车车箱整形机，主要由液压系统、专用小吊车、电动葫芦、工字钢、和支撑架等组成。由于国内外现有的整形机功能还不够完善,工人不能灵活运用。通过市场调查分析及对整形机的认识，查阅资料和老师指导，分别对整形机的机构进行设计验算，包括对液压系统、液压站、管道及专用小吊车等主要部分的设计计算，最终设计出多功能、能灵活、方便使用的矿车车箱整形机。 利用先进的液压传动技术，采用新工艺、新材料研制出具有先进性、实用性的多功能矿车整形机。提高了矿车的维修质量与效率，减轻工人劳动强度，改善了作业环境，产生了良好经济效益和社会效益。 关键词：矿车车箱整形机、液压系统、专用小吊车、设计。  ABSTRACT The thesis mainly designs the mine car carriage reshaping machine, which consists of the hydraulic system, specialized small cranes, electric hoist, I-steel, and the carriage and so on. In view of the insufficiency of the function of the existing domestic and foreign reshaping machine, and the skillfully utilization of the workers, a mine car carriage reshaping machine which has many functions and can be used conveniently and flexibly is finally designed through the analysis of the market and the common knowledge of the machine, and reading the relevant materials and consulting with the supervisor, and designing and calculating every part of the machine respectively, including the hydraulic system, hydraulic station, Pipeline and dedicated small cranes. The advanced hydraulic drive technology, and some new technology and materials are used to develop an advanced and multi-functional mine car carriage reshaping machine. It improves the maintenance quality and efficiency of the mine car, and reduces the labor intensity and improves the operating environment, and produces good economic and social benefits.
