法学理论论文-关于权力腐败 法律监督 【内容提要】当代中国正在探索着构建权力制衡机制的途径，目标是建立法治化的国家政治经济社会结 构，从源头上根治权力腐败。可以说，有了公共权力，便有了对公共权力的监督，法律监督 是人类社会治理权力腐败的神圣使命和主要方式。【摘 要 题】法学时论【英文摘要】The Chinese government is probing a way of establishing mechanisms of power su p ervision and it aims at setting up institutionalized political,social and econom ic structures so as to bring power corruption under permanent control.Legal supe rvision and public powers are,so to speak,twins parasitizing in the state instit utions.There are state institutions,there are public powers.There are public pow ers,so there must be the supervision of public p
