精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 优秀设计 摘 要 本次设计的JDY500型混凝土搅拌机是我们的主要设计机型。它是强制式混凝土搅拌机中的一种，强制式混凝土搅拌机不仅能搅拌干硬性混凝土，而且能搅拌轻骨混凝土，能是混凝土达到强烈的搅拌作用，搅拌均匀，生产效率高，质量好，成本低。它是目前国内较为新型的搅拌机，整机结构紧凑，外形美观。 JDY500型混凝土搅拌机主要组成结构包括：搅拌装置，传动系统，上、卸料系统，供水装置，机架及行走系统，点起控制系统，润滑系统等。本设计主要研究内容是JDY500混凝土搅拌机的传动系统及供水装置，主要包括：确定搅拌桶尺寸、确定传动系统简图、选择电动机、计算设计减速器内部齿轮组、设计并校核低速轴，校核轴承，选择并校核键，设计供水装置，绘制减速器装配图、搅拌桶装配图、搅拌机装配图。 在设计过程中，对减速器进行了改进，重新计算了传动比，并选取二级减速器ZLY224，对其内部零件进行了具体设计和计算。 关键词：混凝土搅拌机；传动系统；供水装置 Abstract The design of the JDY500 type concrete mixer is our main design model. It is forced in a concrete mixer, concrete mixer forced not only to the mixing of dry, rigid concrete, and can stir light bone, can achieve is the concrete concrete mixing effect of strong, stir well, the production of good quality, high efficiency and low cost. It is the present domestic relatively new mixer, the compact structure, beautiful appearance. JDY500 type concrete mixer main composition structure including: mixing unit, transmission system, on, unloading system, water supply, frame and mobile system device, a.m. control system, lubrication system, etc. This design is the main research contents JDY500 concrete mixer transmission system and water supply device, mainly including: sure mixing barrel size, determine the transmission system diagram, choose the motor design, calculation of internal gear reducer group, design and checked, low speed shaft bearings, select check and checked keys, design, drawing water supply device assembly, mixing barrel gear reducer assembly drawing, mixer assembly drawing. In the design process, the speed reducer is improved, and to calculate the transmission ratio, and select gear reducer, the second ZLY224 internal parts to the practical design and calculation.
