摘要 一体化混凝土泵车是采用液压作为动力源的混凝土搅拌输送一体化设备，主要用于非承重墙、水暖地面的浇筑。作业对象为轻骨料混凝土。整机体积小，重量轻，移动灵活方便，对于小作业场地小工作任务量场合有较强的适用性。 该机主要包括搅拌机构、输送机构、液压泵站和底盘结构。其中搅拌机构是参考JD350型搅拌机结构进行设计的，采用单卧轴强制式搅拌原理，主要包括搅拌轴、搅拌叶片及其支撑、搅拌筒和卸料门的设计。该搅拌机构采用液压马达驱动，利用液压泵站供能，起动无冲击，运转平稳。其难点在于轴端密封的结构设计和卸料门的结构设计。其轴端密封采用搅拌机常用浮封环密封与迷宫式密封相结合的方式。卸料门利用连杆机构原理手动开启，并通过多个调整部件确定卸料门的运动轨迹并与搅拌筒形成密封，防止搅拌过程中出现泄露现象。 采用Solidworks软件中的COSMOSWorks和COMOSmotion插件进行搅拌装置的有限元分析、动态模拟，并进行干涉检查。 关键词：混凝土泵车 搅拌机构 轴端密封 卸料门 ABSTRACT The integration of concrete pump uses hydraulic pressure as the power source is an equipment integrated concrete mixing and pumping.It’s used mainly for pouring non-load bearing walls and the ground. Its job object is lightweight aggregate concrete. Small machine size, light weight, flexible and convenient of moving makes it had strong applicability to small work space and small tasks occasions.  The machine includes mixing and transportating institutions, pump stations and chassis structure. The structure design of the mixing institutions references to the type of JD350 concrete mixer, and it is a single horizontal shaft type of mixing institutions, including stirring shaft, stirring blades and the support, the mixing tube and the discharge gates. The mixing body is driven by hydraulic motor and used hydraulic pump station for the energy. It’s no impacts when it’s starting,and operate smoothly. The difficulty lies in the structural design is the seal of the shaft and the structural design of the discharge door. The seal of the mixer shaft uses with floating seal ring and labyrinth seal combination. Discharge door opens manually using linkage theory, and adjust the parts through multiple doors to determine the trajectory of discharge and form a seal with the mixing tube to prevent leakage phenomenon occurred during mixing.  Solidworks COSMOSWorks and COMOSmotion software are used to do analysis of finite element, dynamic simulation, and interference checking for mixing devices. Key words: concrete pump mixing instit
