With increasing prevalence of cervical cancer and genital warts every year, the detection and typing of HPV is more and more significant. We established a personalized, fast and inexpensive detection method based on nucleic acid amplification technology and the lateral flow technology platform.In addition, 471 clinical specimens were detected 25 and typed using this new method, also were compared with the commercial kit in parallel to assess the accuracy of clinical specimens results.And finally it was showed that our method can quickly and accurately detect and type HPV clinical samples. The results show that it can rapidly and accurately detect HPV infection in clinical samples.
