The calcu lation m ethod of the load is to be b riefly in troduced, and a calcu lating p rogram for w ind and cu rren t load is to be develop ed. A s an examp le, the w ind and cu rren t load on the 2 ×8 000 ton s sem isubm ersib le lifting and p ip elaying ve ssel is to be calcu lated. The re su lts of overall environm en t load app ear to be clo se to the exp erim en t re su lts, and wou ld be p ractical in engineering. 动
