摘 要 香港学者散文兴盛于七十年代，它秉承五四学者散文余风发展而 来，另外，它的兴起与发展也和香港特殊的社会环境息息相关的。香 港学者散文不但为香港文坛赢得荣誉，并以其知识密集、博古通今、 幽默睿智等多方面独特艺术魅力在中国文学史上占一席位。刘绍铭身 为香港学者散文家之一，在海外享誉盛名，然而国内研究界和读者对 其知之甚少，故笔者将对其散文进行多方面的解读评价。刘绍铭的散 文以短小精炼著称，在有限的“框框”里，他尽情地任由文思上天入 地、出入中外古今。他的散文内容博杂，文思敏锐，无论是怀人忆旧 还是道古论今，都满载着自励励人的乐观积极的人生观。他的散文以 情入理，以理调情，既有学者散文的理性思考，又有文人感性的一面， 达到了情理交融。另外，刘绍铭的散文常常对文坛乃至社会现象等方 面进行深邃的点评。他直言不讳，秉笔直书，藉着深厚的学养和独特 的见解游刃于各种话题中。加之其散文文体多样化，富于联想取譬， 极具幽默感，表面看似调侃、粗野，实则蕴含了作者深邃哲思。他的 散文行文遣词简洁雅致，文白夹杂，中英并用，极富文气。时而旧题 翻新，时而新题自立，文章不但具有信手拈来的书香味，也充满着独 特的时代感，真正达到了雅俗共赏的地步。 关键词：学者散文；人生世相；笔墨追求；精神格调 Abstract Inheriting the tradition of scholar prose of the May 4th Movement, the scholar prose in Hong Kong thrived in 1970s. And the rising and development of it were closely interrelated to the special social environment of Hong Kong. It holds an important seat in the Chinese history of literature not only for it had great honor in Hong Kong literary field, but also for its unique artistic charm in various aspects including its intensive knowledge, being erudite and informed plus its humors and wits. Liu Shaoming, one of the scholar prosers in Hong Kong, has a great reputation overseas. However, few readers and researchers at home know him, so the author tends to comprehend and evaluate his prose from several aspects. The prose of Liu Shaoming was noted for its shortness and refinement, and in which he drove his thoughts at his will within limited framework. His prose is broad in contents, sharp in perspectives and carries an optimistic outlook on life of encouraging either in recalling the past or talking about the present. With both rational thoughts of the scholar prose and the sensibility of the man of letters, he infused emotions into sense and used sense to reason emotions so as to reach the mingle of them.
