中小企业“融资难”面临的问题及对策 ——以北京财富时代投资担保有限公司为例 赵朔 财务管理专业 财管0807 学号:080502211 指导老师 史琳讲师 王国庆助教 摘 要 中小企业融资难是困扰中小企业发展的主要问题，而中小企业在经济和社会发展中又起着重要作用，所以解决其融资难的问题亦成为当务之急。但是面对当前中小企业外部融资环境很难有突破性改善的情形下，中小企业很有必要根据自身的需求，选择自己需要和适合自己发展阶段的融资方式,确定合适的融资规模以及制定最佳融资期限，做出最优化的融资决策，从而实现公司效益的提升。本文通过了解国内外研究现状，分析了北京财富时代投资担保有限公司的融资环境，通过利用科学、完善的融资理论和融资方法分析企业的融资策略，帮助企业找到最优化的融资方案。 关键词：中小企业 融资难 最优化融资决策 Difficult Financing of SMEs and Countermeasures —— A Case Study of Fortune Times Investment Guarantee Co.，Ltd.
