In China, the financial department has already pay attention to the low-carbon econ- omy, and more and more banks develop business about carbon finance. In the paper, we analyze the situation of car- bon finance in China and abroad, and after studying the financial innovation of Industrial Bank, we discuss the prob- lems of Chinas carbon finance development and put forward some important policy advices.
