It includes the analysis of demand and the function design, database design , the design of main ASP.NET pages. This paper stress in the design of problem storehouse management modular , running module user entry modular and paper management modular. The system chooses the software of development that use is Asp and SQLSERVER2000. The system is composed of three parts: subjecting module, running module, maintaining module. Subjecting module is in charge of questions adding saving and deleting. The subjecting is the base of the system; the second part is running module, student can logon the system by his name and number, and then turns into the examinations screen, the system will give random questions to student. Finally come into an exam paper. Maintaining modules work is to complete the students and teachers registration and deleting.
