论网络调查在新闻报道中的运用  摘 要 运用网络调查进行新闻报道，将社会学研究方法与传统新闻报道技巧融为一 体，使“以科学的眼光观察社会，给公众一个量化的事实”成为可能，对于客观 把握新闻事实有一定现实意义。那么，如何科学地运用民意调查、尤其是在实际 操作中运用最为广泛的网络调查，真实地反映、再现民意，满足受众的信息需求， 也成为了大家所关注的重要命题。 网络调查被我国新闻媒体广泛运用，主要是因为：第一，良好民主氛围的逐 渐形成；第二，新闻学术的发展创新；第三、先进的科学技术手段；第四，契合 了媒介竞争的需要。 在新闻报道中运用网络调查主要用来收集加工新闻素材。但需要注意的是， 网络调查仅仅是常规新闻采访方法的补充。 客观准确是在新闻报道中运用网络调查的一贯追求。然而，由于技术缺陷、 操作失误等干扰因素，网络调查往往与真实相背离。导致这个现象出现的原因主 要有三个：第一，网络调查方法的局限性和操作手段的不规范；第二，缺乏专业 精神引发的道德风险；第三，编码不当导致的可读性差。 由此，本文提出了新闻报道正确运用网络调查的三大对策：第一，加强管理 和监督，制定严谨规范的网络调查运行标准；第二，新闻媒体和新闻工作者共同 努力提高调查的质量；第三，营造适宜的社会环境。  关键词：网络调查  新闻报道  误差  标准 Study on the Application of Web-survey In the Reports ABSTRACT Using Web-survey to help report is an integration of the sociological research methods and traditional news reporting skills, which makes it possible for us to observe the society scientifically and give quantitative facts to the public. There is some practical significance for grasping the news facts. Then, how to use polls scientifically, especially use the Web-survey widely in the practice, and how to truly reproduce the public opinion and then meet the information needs of the audience, become an important topic aroused wide concern. Web-survey is being widely used in the mass media, for the following reasons: First, the gradual formation of a good democratic atmosphere; Second, the theories development of journalism science; Third, advanced scientific and technical means; Fourth, it meets the need of the media competition. Web-survey is mainly used in collecting news material. However, the Web-survey is only a complement to the conventional interview methods. Accurateness and objectivism is the consistent pursuit when we use Web-survey in reporting. However, due to technical defects, operator error and other confounding factors, the investigation outcome often deviates from the truths. There are three main reasons to explain this phenomenon: First, the limitations of Web-survey methods and non-standard operation; Second, moral risk trigge
