Enterprise bond market is the important part of the capital market. In China, the fact that enterprise bond market development falls short of demand has caused negative influence upon the healthy development of our country’s economy. This article first reviews the history and current situation of our country’s enterprise bond market development, and makes certain study on the necessity of our country’s enterprise bond market development. And then combining the status quo of foreign country’s enterprise bond market . it points out the problem existing in that of china, and analyzes the cause. It further on presents the result that the irrational properly right is the fundamental cause of the lagging of our country’s enterprise bond market development, with the go vernments manipulation being another import reason; and the disadvantageous factors in practice also restrict our country’s enterprise bond market development.
