National Engineering Research Centre for High Efficiency Grinding, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China) Abstract: The sintering process of diamond products prepared by powder injection molding technology was discussed. Effects of parameters (i.e., sintering temperature, sintering atmosphere, time and heating speed) on the sintering performance was investigated via the analysis of morphological structure and measurement of relative density and tensile strength of the sintered diamonds products. The experimental results indicate that the relative density of the products increases, and the tensile strength increases firstly and then decreases with increasing the sintering temperature or time.
