第四届全国水力机械及其系统会议论文集 TLB350-560 型脱硫吸收塔循环泵设计及试验研究 刘建瑞 何小可 郭晨旭 文海刚 高振军 (江苏大学流体机械工程技术研究中心 镇江 212013) 摘要：基于两相流理论，采用 CFD 技术及 mixture 模型对 TLB350-560 型烟气脱硫吸收塔循环泵内部流场进行了数值计算和 优化设计。在结构上创新地设计了压水室耐磨衬板间隙自动补偿装置，叶片设计成极大扭曲结构形式，提高了泵的效率。对 泵性能进行了检测，结果表明：泵的额定点效率达到 85.3%，高效率范围宽，比国外同类参数的泵额定点效率提高了 3.8 个 百分点，各项技术指标均满足设计要求。采用先进配方，研制出一种新型 CCr26Ni5Mo2Cu3+A 耐磨耐腐材质。经云南某电 厂运行考核证明，该泵结构设计合理，使用寿命比国外产品提高了 25% 。该泵的研制成功，进一步促进了我国火电厂大型烟 气脱硫吸收塔循环泵的国产化进程。 关键词：烟气脱硫吸收塔循环泵 自动补偿装置 先进配方 试验研究 中图分类号：TH311 Design and Experimental Research of TLB350-560 Type Desulphurization Absorption Tower Circulating Pump Liu Jianrui He Xiaoke Guo Chenxu Wen Haigang Gao Zhenjun (Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212013) Abstract：The internal flow field of TLB305-560 type desulphurization absorption tower circulating pump was calculated and optimal designed through CFD technology with Eulerian mixture model based on two-phase theory. The wear-resisting lining board clearance self-compensation device in pumping chamber was designed innovatively, and the pump efficiency and hydraulic performance were improved by great distortion blade structure. Test of the pump performance showed that the pump had wide range of high efficiency and the pump efficiency at design point reached up to 85.3%, which was 3.8% higher than similar parameters pumps made by foreign company, and the comprehensive technical index met the design requirements. Based on advanced formula, a new wear-resistant material CCr26Ni5Mo2Cu3+A was developed. The pump was proved have reasonable structure by actual operation in certain power plant of Yunnan province, and the pump efficiency was 25% higher than foreign product.
