During the construction process of green building projectsa scientific and rational project management model is not only the basis for the success of the project itselfbut the key to further promote green building construction. Through the literature reviewusing the experiences in green building construction and managementthis paper discussed three forms: the design-construction modelthe construction-manager modeland the project-management-contracting model respectively. By using the comparative analysisthe paper proposed that the project-management-contracting model where the owner signs the contract directly with the green special consulting agency would be the appropriate model for green building construction management in China.
