摘 要 随着国家经济的不断发展，科学技术的不断提高以及当代人们对住房要求和品位的提升，各种样式和风格的建（构）筑物不断兴起，随之而来的是人们越来越关注建（构）筑物的技术要求和建设运营管理阶段的安全问题。而建（构）筑物沉降观测为其安全提供最有价值的沉降数据及信息，同时为建筑物设计及安全维护提供依据。因此建筑物沉降观测内容、方法、沉降分析及沉降趋势预测的研究非常必要。针对不同性质或类型的沉降体进行沉降观测及沉降分折的研究，对于一些大型建筑物或构筑物沉降观测进行系统性的讨论研究有待更进一步完善，找出共性的有规律性的东西供日后参考。建（构）筑物沉降观测是测绘工程领域研究的热点之一，本文针对建筑物沉降观测系统进行了较详细的分析和研究，讨论了建（构）筑物沉降监测系统的布设，沉降观测的基本内容、方法、数据处理及沉降分析。结合实例讨论了沉降观测过程的实施，在对沉降体沉降趋势预测模型进行对比分析的基础上，提出了预测模型选取应注意的问题。 关键词：建筑物；沉降观测；沉降分析 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the national economy, science and technology continues to improve and enhance contemporary peoples housing requirements and taste a variety of styles and style of the building (structure) building continue to rise, followed by a growing concern(structure) to the safety of the technical requirements of building and the stage of the construction and operation management.
