This text discuss from different scholar to villager autonomy achievement view made to implement at the beginning, and draw the performance implemented to villagers autonomy to assess from this, in order to investigate the operation state of villagers autonomy. Assess result indicate villager autonomy democratic system this implement state have like what domestic many scholars think optimistic at present, the operation of villagers autonomy still has many questions in reality. Whether I combine case analysis of hand influence villager autonomy factor that system turn round. Villagers democratic consciousness weakness , influence of the rural economy in the countryside. Farmers frenzied hunt for work in cities --Is it know youth is it cause rural political disappearance of elite to outflow to have in a large amount.
