中 国铁矿石定价权策略博弈

摘要: 为解决 由于国际贸易中定价话语权缺失 、使 国民经济承 受成本损失 的 问题。从 产业集 中度和价
格博 弈两个视 角，分析了 中国钢铁企业缺乏定价话语权 的原 因。运 用数理分析方法，揭示供求双方议
价能力的关键 因素，提 出引入产业投资基金这种投 、融资制度 ，既维护 了中国经济发展 的稳 定性与权
益性 ，又能够按照现有 国际规 则增强谈判砝码 ，推动 中国矿业产业整体升级 ，促进 国民经济健康 可持
续发展 。

Game of pricing strategy in Chinese iron ore

Abstract : In order to solve the serious cost loss problem during the economy development ，which was because
of the discourse right deficiency in determining the price in international trade ，the authors analyzed the reasons of
discourse right deficiency by Chinese steel enterprises from the angles of industrial concentration and pricing games．
Using the game theory and methematical analysis method ，the key elements of bargaining ability between the suppli-
ers and demanders have been revealed ，with industrial investment fund proposed． In this way ，it could maintenance
the stability and rights of Chinese economy development ，enhance the weights according to the international rules
and also promote the integral updating in the mining industry o
