物理因子点穴治疗后循环缺血（PCI）的临床研究 湖南省人民医院（410005） 张德元 周和平 梁 辉 李 浩 王继华 袁荣峰 伍智红 谭海群 封迎帅 0例随机分为两组：对照组40例，给予复方丹参滴丸、川芎嗪促进改善血液循环药物及对症处理；治疗组100例，除上述处理外，予以物理治疗，采用高电位治疗仪，先嘱患者静坐在高电位治疗垫上，输入9000伏电压10分钟后用物理因子刺点小脑顶核等区的穴位：百会、大椎、风池（双）等穴，反复多次每穴刺点6-10秒，每天1次。治疗20d后观察效果。结果：点穴治疗PCI，总有效率达97％，治愈率、平均治愈天数：治疗组分别为77．O％、(8.56±2.67)d；对照组分别为52．5％、(12.75±2.36)d，两组比较均有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论：点穴治疗PCI，可使脑组织内血液重新分布，改善微循环，纠正脑缺血，刺激脑病灶内毛细血管增生，改善脑组织有氧能量代谢，供氧充分，脑细胞分裂活跃，有效保护脑神经细胞，降低脑神经细胞兴奋毒性损害，稳定脑神经细胞膜电位，促进脑神经功能恢复有明显促进作用。 【关键词】物理因子; 高压电子笔；点穴；PCI；疗效 Physical factors acupoint treatment of posterior circulation ischemia (PCI) in clinical research Hunan Provincial Peoples Hospital (410005) Zhang Deyuan，Zhou Heping， Liang-Hui, li-Hao, Wang Ji-hua ,Yuan Rongfeng Wu Zhihong Tan Haiqun, Feng Yingshuai【Abstract】Purpose:The observation of physical factors high-voltage electronic pen (also known as high-potential pen) acupuncture (hereinafter referred to as physical factors acupoint) on the treatment efficacy of PCI.
