摘 要 为了使设备不会遭到损坏，同时又可以保证生产过程的顺利进行，就要求设备在运行中不能断电因此，就需要在线路出现故障时，不但能够有备用的电源，并且可以及时的投入使用。 备用电源自动投入的成功，能够及时地使工作中的设备持续运行，消除了运行人员手动操作时可能发生的不准确或错误的动作，减轻了运行人员的劳动强度，提高可劳动生产率，保证了用户用电的安全性、可靠性和连续性。 本文介绍了可编程逻辑控制器PLC（三菱FX）在备用电源自投中的应用方案。PLC采集一次设备的正常运行状态信号,作为备用电源自动投入的启动条件和闭锁条件,通过编程来实现不同的功能,以适应不同的运行方式。与继电器组成的备用电源自动投入装置相比,该方案具有可靠性高、接线简单、控制灵活、调试方便和投资小等优点。因此，可编程逻辑控制器在电力系统自动化领域中得以广泛应用。 ：备用电源自动投入，可编程逻辑控制器PLC，三菱FX，启动条件，闭锁条件 ABSTRACT In order to make equipment not be damaged and guarantee the smooth progress of the production process, it is required that the power can not break in the operation of equipment. Therefore, when the line occurs faults, it is not only to have backup power, but also can be putting into used timely. The success to put into the backup power automatically can make the equipments continue to work in time. Also it can eliminate the running personnel’s manual operation in the operation of inaccurate or wrong moves, reduce the running personnel’s strength of the labor, raise the labor productivity, guarantee the power users’ the safety, reliability and continuity. This paper introduces a scheme of programmable logic controller PLC(Mitsubishi FX) in putting into the backup power automatically. PLC gather the first equipment the normal operation of state signal as launce conditions and closed conditions of putting into the backup power automatically and through programming to achieve different functions to adapt to different operating manner. Compared with the relay consistence of putting into the backup power automatically device, this scheme has advantages of high reliability, simple wiring, control flexibility, convenience debugging, small investment and so on. Therefore, the programmable logic controller is widely used in the field of power system automation.
