A new model S_EAI based on SOA is presented. This model has such merits as loose-couple, cross-platform, reusable and so on. The model, which is divided into user interaction layer, service-bus layer, service-assembly layer and infrastructure layer, realizes the separation of user, basic data and enterprise application, changes and encapsulates the business flow to standard-based, loose-couple services. A platform is designed based on S_EAI on which we can develop proj ect directly and promote the rate of service development. It provides a new plan for the EAI and has been successfully applied.
