学海超市库存管理信息系统 摘要 超市的库存管理是一项非常繁琐复杂的工作，每天要处理大量的数据，主要包括商品的入库、在库和出库等操作流程。因为即使结清每笔业务和货物流动情况，保证销售用货以及货物安全，企业也要花费大量的人力物力和时间来做数据记录及统计工作。因此，为提高库存管理工作的质量和效率，就必须根据库存管理的特点开发适合超市的库存管理信息系统。 超市库存管理信息系统是典型的管理信息系统（MIS），其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于后台数据库要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库，而对于前端应用程序的开发则要求应用程序功能完备、易使用等特点。综合考虑各方面因素，经过分析，决定使用Microsoft公司的Visual Basic6.0开发工具，数据库选用Access 2007，利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具和数据库的结合比较方便，开发了这套超市库存管理信息系统，包括以下六大功能模块：系统登录管理、库存商品期初管理、商品库存管理、库存查询管理、商品库存警示管理、退出系统管理。 关键词：超市库存管理，数据库，管理信息系统 Abstract Supermarket inventory management is a very complex task, and every day to deal with large amounts of data, including the storage of goods, the operating procedures of the library and the library.
