题 目：上饶市茅家岭教学楼施工组织设计方案 英文题目：MaoGuLing teaching building, with the construction organization design scheme 摘 要 随着房地产业管理体制改革的深化及人民的生活需求，房地产行业越来越受到人们的重视。而这与施工组织设计又息息相关，施工质量、进度、成本控制是其中总重要的管理要点。 本文为施工组织设计方向论文，结合实际情况，对施工中采用的技术、采用的方法以及人材机的工程量的一些概括。从施工方的角度出发，对项目从基础到竣工验收全过程的讲说与计算成本，使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出解决工程上容易出现通病的方法和技术。针对施工项目中常见问题，重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的组织策划机构，以保证项目的正常进行。 关键词 施工组织设计 、 进度规划 、 质量计划 、 成本计划  ABSTRACT With the reformation of the real estate industry management system and the demand of the people’s life，the real estate industry is getting more and more attention of the people,It is closely related to the construction organization , construction quality, progress, and cost controlwhich is one of most important management essentials. The direction of my article is the design of the construction organization, combined with the actual situation,make a summery of the construction and method used in the technology, and the machine engineering. From the construction point of view, expressing to project from the base to the final acceptance of the whole process and computational cost, the use of the Gantt chart and network chart on the schedule are analyzed, and according to the actual situation puting forward method and technology to solve engineering problems which easily appeared. Aiming at the common problems in construction projects, focusing on issues of planning, establish corresponding organization planning agencies, to ensure that the project is normal.
