This not only cost a lot of manpower and material resources, financial resources, and low efficiency, poor timeliness, and prone to errors. However, application of new type of office automation system to people from tedious, disorderly, low-order, low-end work liberated is engaged in the core business, overall improve the efficiency of the school staff and for the control of information, to standardize and improve the existing management pattern, reduces the office cost, improve the executive force, make the management perfect, more competitive in the current society.
