Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design of a mold temperature controller pad, process and the plastic injection molding process, the injection molding machine is introduced. The main injection mold design process: the process analysis of plastic products, to determine the number of cavity structure design, the choice of injection molding machine and mold. The structural design of mold include: the design of gating system, forming part design, design oriented, side parting mechanism design, demoulding mechanism design, cooling system design and exhaust system design. In this paper, the design of the die structure using a mold is 4 parts in this paper, all part of part in mould design and calculation. This paper gives the design process in detail and assembly drawings.
