对 光 伏 产 业 “垂 直 一 体 化 ” 整 合 模 式 的 评 析 1,2 2 2 2 申林 ，陈旭 ，梁姣 ，姚敦洋 （1. 成都市科学技术发展研究中心,成都 610041； 1 2. 成都新能源产业技术研究院，成都 610207；） 摘要：模式之争一直伴随着产业的发展，08年金融危机中， “垂直一体化”企业表现 突出， “垂直一体化”模式成为后危机时代企业竞相追捧的发展模式。2011年欧债危机， 光伏产业的模式之争又一次在业内掀起。如同 “专业化”一样， “垂直一体化”只是产业 发展模式之一，有其优势，也有其风险。它不是万能的，它的适用受到多种因素的影响。 本文结合光伏产业的特征，深入探讨了 “垂直一体化”模式的适用条件及存在的风险。并 结合光伏产业的发展现状，对光伏产业 “垂直一体化”发展模式展开深入评析。 关键词：光伏产业；垂直一体化；专业化；评析 Analysis and Assessment of the PV Industry “Vertical Integration” Mode Abstract: The dispute of the mode has been accompanied by the development of the industry. In the financial crisis of 2008, vertical integration enterprises stood out and the vertical integration mode became the most sought-after development mode in the post-crisis era. In the European debt crisis of 2011, the dispute of the mode for PV industry broke out once again. Similar to the “professional” mode, the vertical integration mode with advantages but also risks is just one of the industrial development modes. The application of the mode is subject to many factors, it is not a panacea. Based on the characteristics of photovoltaic industry, this paper explores the application conditions and the risks of vertical integration mode. Besides, considering the status of photovoltaic industry, this article analyses and assesses the development pattern of PV industry vertical integration mode.
