Abstract Th is paper presents a computer mode l capab le of generating cartoon puff and du st. W e first c lassify ex isting cartoon
puff and du st into different types according to the ir form s and dynam ics, then construct skeletons def in ing their static and
dynam ic structures in 3D space. Based on those skeletons, f inal form s depicting re levant puff and dust are added to ske letons.
