Changes and its’ Components We can distinguish various types of changes, for example: Changes related to the organization’s structure and the owners Changes related to the people in the organization Changes related to external conditions, market, political, technology development, etc. Different conditions for change We have to consider and assess very different conditions for changes ”Structure” Roles, rules, codes …. ”Behaviour” Norms, will, attitude …. Causes for change Conditions have changed Market, technology, politics, etc. To achieve its end goals, the organization need to adapt its short and medium term goals (give examples!) its way of working (give examples!)
