Therefore, students can get the most effective training they need to become leaders when receiving higher education. And that’s exactly what many higher educational institutions are doing in all ages. Further more, everyone has the possibility that he or she may inevitably become a leader one day for the reason that we are on a flight of a pluralistic and rapidly changing world. Because everyone is special and can not be substituted in some specific situations that only a special kind of people can handle and take hold. And others must follow the leadership of these special kind of people if they want to be on the right track.
