摘要:随着人们的健康意识提高,医药类商品的需求量不断上升,国家对医药行业的逐步深化重视,药品零售企业所面临的市场竞争越发激烈,企业为了加强自身的竞争力,在保证商品的质量前提下,越来越重视采购成本的控制。尤其对“大参林”这种正在高速发展中的大型医药连锁零售企业,如何合理利用现时有限的仓储、配送基础设施,保证零售所需库存储备周转,是公司面临的重要问题,此文,就“大参林”现有的商品仓储、配送的基础条件上提出改进及完善建议。
