边境贸易问题研究本科毕业论文.doc

摘 要 边境贸易是一国经贸活动的重要组成部分，也是一国对外经济交流的方式之—。边境贸易的发展对边境两国政府、企业、居民周边及整个世界都具有很重要的作用。中国地域辽阔、边境线狭长、邻国众多,有发展边境贸易的独特优势。近年来，我国的黑龙江、内蒙古、广西、新疆、云南等省份与相邻国家的边境贸易发展之迅速，越来越受到人们的关注。尤其是云南，得益于与越南的地理位置优势，中越经济高速增长和贸易结构的髙度互补，中国东盟关系的不断发展，在我国沿边开展边境贸易的省份中脱颖而出。 本文以云南边境贸易为研究对象，首先对边境贸易基本概念和理论进行了梳理，并就世界和中国的边境贸易的现状略作考察。在此基础上，考察了云南和周边国家边境贸易发展的现状，发现云南与周边国家边境贸易近二十年在贸易规模、贸易方式、贸易结构等各方面都取得了很大的进步。但同时，也存在总额波动性大、周边国家长期处于的贸易逆差中，边境贸易结算不畅，商品结构和交易方式不合理，基础设施落后、物流低效，法律不完善、政府监管错位缺失，双方认识不足、缺乏信任等问题。 【关键词】边境贸易 小额贸易 贸易方式 Abstract The border trade is not only an important part of a country's economic activities,but also the main way of a country’s foreign economic exchanges. The development of border trade is very important for the two governments between the borders, enterprises, residents and the surrounding and the world ? China has a unique advantage of the development of border trade for her region is vast,her border is strip and she has many neighbors. In recent years, the border trade between China's Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Guangxi,Xinjiang, Yunnan and other provinces and their neighboring countries has undergone rapid development, which has attracted more and more attention,especially in Yunnan. Due to the advantage of geographical location with Vietnam, economic growth of Vietnam and China,the highly complementary structure and tight relations between Chinese and ASEAN, Yunnan stands itself up in China's border trade provinces. This topic takes Yunnan and ?neighboring countries border trade as the research object,the basic theory of border trade is reviewed firstly and the border trade theory is divided into the three traditional theory, modern theory and direct theory. Further,it researches the current situation of Guangxi- Vietnam border trade development, with the result that the Yunnan - neighboring countries border trade has made great progress in the trade scale, trade structure and the way of trade in recent twenty years.
